I endeavour to provide my clients with superior service, and to work with each of my clients to reach their financial goals.
Background
After completing my economics degree at UBC in 1989, followed by three years of employment with Revenue Canada and Royal Trust, I started my career as a stock broker and financial planner with Georgia Pacific Securities in 1993. I joined Leede Financial Markets Inc in March of 2007.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UBC in 1989, the two year Certified Investment Management (CIM) program completed in 1996, the Professional Financial Planners (PFP) course in 2001, and the Life Licensing Qualification examinations (insurance) completed in February 2007.
I currently live near Granville Island with my wife Semon and our 2 year old son Brett.
Investment Philosophy
Each client has their own risk tolerance and their own individual goals for their financial future, but many banks and financial planning companies provide only generic advice and do not give clients the individualized advice they deserve. I work with my clients towards their own specific financial goals.
